Private Lessons

Adult Program

Our adult program is designed for all levels—from beginners to experienced practitioners. Each 90-minute class includes technique instruction, positional drilling, and live sparring. We focus on strong fundamentals and situational awareness, helping students develop real skill and confidence on the mats. Whether you’re training for fitness, self-defense, or competition, you’ll find a welcoming and challenging environment at Mantis Jiu-Jitsu.

Kids Program (Ages 6–13)

Our kids’ classes focus on building confidence, discipline, and coordination through fun, structured Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training. Students learn fundamental techniques, body awareness, and self-defense in a safe, encouraging environment. Classes are one hour long and include drills, partner work, and sparring appropriate to age and experience.

Trial Classes for Beginners

Our beginner trial classes are designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu in a friendly, supportive environment. You’ll learn basic techniques, movement drills, and self-defense concepts at a comfortable pace, no experience needed. Expect a welcoming atmosphere, patient instruction, and a fun, safe way to see if Jiu Jitsu is right for you.
