Private Lessons

Each private lesson runs 60 minutes and is completely tailored to your goals, whether it’s tightening up technique, making up for missed classes, getting ready for competition, or just learning at your own pace. You’ll get focused instruction, detailed feedback, and time to drill and train specific to what you need.

Sessions usually include technical breakdowns, positional work, and live training. Packages are available if you’re looking to train regularly.

Adult Program

Our 90-minute classes are built for technical growth, focused on fundamentals and applying them under pressure. Each session includes warm-up, technique, specific sparring, and live training.
 
We follow a rotating curriculum that covers key positions like closed guard, half guard, open guard, and pinning. Each block includes attacks, defenses, and escapes, teaching you how to connect techniques and apply them when it counts.

Kids Program (Ages 6–13)

We start with character, teaching kids how to listen, stay disciplined, handle setbacks, and show respect. These lessons take root on the mat but carry over into school, home, and everyday life.

Each 60-minute class blends movement, technique, games, and sparring. We keep things structured but engaging, giving kids the tools to build real Jiu-Jitsu, learning how to move with purpose, control their space, and face challenges with effort and focus.

Trial Classes for Beginners

Our beginner trial classes are designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu in a friendly, supportive environment. You’ll learn basic techniques, movement drills, and self-defense concepts at a comfortable pace, no experience needed. Expect a welcoming atmosphere, patient instruction, and a fun, safe way to see if Jiu Jitsu is right for you.
